comfortable bedcarpet stainspoor breakfast selection
the bed was comfortable and the shower worked just fine.
i found the room wasn't as clean as it should be, there were drink stains on the carpet. the bathroom needed a good cleaning too. the support rails for disabled guests were dirty, and the beaker wasn't clean from the last guest. breakfast wasn't hot at 9 am and the selection was pretty poor.

breakfast was excellent it started at 7am i enjoyed a generous selection of items including full english cereals fresh fruits and juices
room 23 was noisy i heard what sounded like an ambient water feature all night a beep alarm went off at various times i also heard a clack sound that resembled a heater cooling down sleep was difficult my partner was not bothered by the noise

I found the location very convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The staff were helpful and always available. The included breakfast was a good start to each day. I particularly appreciated the access to the sports facilities, a pleasant surprise.
The room decor seemed a little dated.

Breakfast offered a plentiful choice. I noted it was served in a large hall (a bit like a school dining hall). I observed the on-site café offered lunch and dinner options, but I did not try it. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

The sports center included a gym with various equipment, such as treadmills and weights. I saw on-site facilities included tennis courts, a squash court, and a sauna. Free use of the sauna and steam room was a definite plus.

My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom included clean towels. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. WiFi in the room functioned without issues.
